Before an examination
- Use a current version of Google Chrome.
- Confirm that SABIL Exam Guard is installed and enabled.
- Open the authorized examination website provided by the organizer.
- Allow the exam page to complete its browser-integrity check.
- Follow the exam rules shown on screen before starting.
Extension not detected
- Open
chrome://extensions. - Find SABIL Exam Guard and make sure it is enabled.
- Return to the examination page and refresh it once.
- If detection still fails, restart Chrome and try again.
Fullscreen check fails
Return to the examination tab and use the exam page's fullscreen control when requested. Avoid switching windows during the protected examination workflow.
Incognito check
If the examination rules require a normal Chrome window, close Incognito and reopen the authorized examination URL in a standard browser window.
What SABIL Exam Guard accesses
The extension is intended only for browser-integrity checks on the authorized examination domains declared in its package. It may process a random local installation identifier, authorized exam-page URL information, Incognito/fullscreen state, and limited information about enabled browser extensions for exam-integrity purposes.
